Chef/Owner Bob Wentworth has a fine dining pedigree and has mastered the toughest techniques like sous vide and molecular gastronomy. But he's a blue collar Boston boy at heart. His passion is taking American classics to the next level, combining his fine dining skill with the food of his roots. He sources seasonal and local ingredients, but he's not afraid to use the same ingredients you grew up with if that's what it takes to make mac and cheese taste like home. Speak to Bob for five minutes (and it's likely you will, he's the hardest working chef you'll meet) and you'll feel the love of food that energizes him. Stay for a meal, and you'll be joining in.
